Six tabs.
One plan that
fits your week.

Smart Gym Pal builds you a training block and the meals to go with it, then gives you an easy place to log the work and watch it add up. Here is every screen, one at a time.

  • Home
  • Workout
  • Diet
  • Track
  • Progress
  • Squad

Every screen in the app

Home

Your whole day, at a glance

Calories, water, protein and movement for today — all on the first screen you open.

  • Today’s calories in one line: what you’ve eaten, what’s left, what you’ve burned
  • Water, protein and exercise-minute tiles fill in as you log
  • One tap to log food, water, exercise or weight
  • Share the day when it’s gone well

Workout

Know what you’re training today.

Open the app and the session is already waiting — a split built for the days you have and the time you can give them.

  • Full-body, upper-lower or push-pull-legs, chosen to fit your week
  • Every session has a warm-up, main lifts, accessories and an optional finisher
  • Sets, reps and rest are written out, so you’re never guessing between sets
  • Progression notes for when to add weight, and a lighter deload week built in
  • Only movements you can do with the equipment you have, and around any injuries you mention

Diet

A little less meal-time guesswork.

Meals that suit your goal and your taste, with the shopping already thought through.

  • Daily meals with ingredients, simple instructions, prep time and what each one comes to
  • A grocery list for the week you tick off as you shop
  • Prep notes for the days you’d rather cook once and eat twice, plus a daily water target
  • Vegetarian, halal or anything else you set at sign-up carries into every meal
  • Everyday food you can find where you live, not specialist ingredients

Track

Logging that fits into a normal day

Food, water, exercise and weight all live behind one tab, with today’s running total at the top.

  • Search for a food, or add it yourself when the search comes up short
  • Today’s calorie total stays visible while you log
  • Water and exercise minutes go in the same way
  • Weight entries are dated, with room for a note on how the week felt

Progress

See the week, not just today

Seven-day charts and averages, so one heavy Tuesday never feels like the whole story.

  • Calorie and water charts across your last seven days
  • Average calories, water and exercise right at the top
  • A weight history you can scroll back through
  • Weekly check-ins on weight, sleep, energy and soreness, answered with written coach feedback

Squad

Train alongside people chasing the same goal

Your squad is matched on your goal, a similar age range and how active you are — people whose week looks a lot like yours.

  • Matched on goal, a similar age range and activity level
  • A weekly leaderboard ranked by workouts completed, fresh every Monday
  • Your rank, workouts and calories for the week sit right at the top
  • Points, current and longest streaks and badges carry across weekly, monthly and all-time boards

How your plan is built

Every plan starts from four things.

There is no generic template underneath. Your answers to these four questions shape the sessions you get and the meals that go with them.

01

Your goal

Losing weight, building muscle, getting fitter, or a bit of both. Everything that follows is shaped by the answer you give here.

02

Your schedule

How many days you can train, and how long a session can realistically run. Three free evenings gets you a three-day plan, not a five-day one you fall behind on by Thursday.

03

Your equipment

A full gym, a pair of dumbbells at home, or nothing but the floor. You only ever see movements you can actually do.

04

Your preferences

Vegetarian, halal, the foods you’d rather skip, the shoulder you’re working around. Say it once at sign-up and it carries into every plan.

The smaller things

The details that never make the headline, but do make the app easy to live with on a busy week.

Sign in your way

Create your account with email, Google or Apple. No card involved.

A fresh plan when things change

Both the workout and diet screens have a regenerate button. How often you can use it depends on your plan.

Share what you’re doing

Send a workout out as plain text, or as a card image made for social.

The week’s shopping, sorted

Your grocery list arrives with the meal plan, and items stay ticked once you check them off.

See the movement first

Generated exercises come with a demo to watch, so you can check the form before you load the bar.

Leave whenever you like

You can delete your account from inside the app, and your profile, plans, logs and check-ins go with it.
